Looking After Your Product

All our products are manufactured to a high standard and undergo quality checks before leaving our factory. However, over time, certain metal finishes will fade due to external factors such as the weather & the environment they are in.

Caldwells Windows Ltd therefore recommends that you clean your windows regularly with warm soapy water and dry them off with a clean, soft cloth. E.g microfibre cloth.

If your windows have a Polished finish, we recommend using MAAS Metal Polish quarterly to maintain the high shine. 

To clean inside the frames of your opening windows, simply unlock the window and slide the glass unit out. Once open, clean the channels and the rubber seals and clear our the drain holes if required. 

Cleaning your windows with anything other than the above may damage the finish on your frames.
