Our in-house team

This photo shows the team behind the day to day work at Caldwell’s Windows. Our office staff of three handle enquiries, scheduling, and general administration. The glass processing team, made up of seven staff, takes care of cutting and preparing glass for production. We have 15 fabrication staff who assemble the frames and units in the workshop, and two fitters who install the finished products on site. All our windows and doors are manufactured in house, allowing us to maintain quality at every stage. Each part of the team plays a role in keeping everything running smoothly.
